Defoaming agent based on surfactants. The agent is added to strongly alkaline or acidic detergents used in the food industry, including in bottle cleaning machines, and minimises foam during the cleaning process. For the best result, add the product continuously while cleaning. Conforms to­ FDA §173.340. 20 kg.­
