PURCHASE

At ICM, our supply chain department consists of: Purchasing, warehousing, as well as incoming and outgoing transport, both car, sea and air. The purchasing department consists of dedicated purchasers who handles goods from our many suppliers, both in Denmark and abroad.

Our warehouse is in operation every day from 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, and handles everything from entire loads to small packages. Danish customers who order goods before 2.00 PM will recieve the goods the following work day.
​​​​​​​We have a goal that our delivery performance should be at least 98% to Danish customers, and we monitor daily to ensure that this is complied with.
