MSA S-Cap Air escape SCBA 15 min (3 ltr/200 bar)

Short-time pressure cylinder apparatus for use in toxic and low oxygen atmospheres. Stored in convenient carrying case. Compact, light and easy to use. As soon as the case is opened, the air supply to the hood is activated, with sufficient breathing air for approx. 15 min. use. Consists of a 3-litre, 200 bar steel pressure cylinder with automatic air valve, pressure gauge, luminescent hood with elastic throat seal, inner mask, large visor and visible indicator, which lights up red, when the pressure cylinder is about to be empty. Can be re-used after cleaning and refilling of the pressure cylinder. Complies with IMO (SOLAS) requirements for ships, where eEBD (Emergency Escape Breathing Device) is required on board for the crew. The equipment complies with the Wheelmark requirement in compliance with SOLAS. Measures approx. 25x55 cm. EN 1146.
