MSA F1XF Communication Module for Helmets

Integrated communication module with Nexus TP120 plug for connection to most PTTs. The module easily clicks to the helmet and can be moved quickly from one helmet to another. The flexible boom microphone on 80 mm. is adjustable in length and ensures optimal position in front of the mouth or the speech membrane on a mask. When the microphone is not in use, it can be stored away under the edge at the back of the helmet and be thus protected. The cable is made of flame-retardant materials, but does not tolerate direct flames. Also available in a hearing protection version, where the ear defenders have level-dependent attenuation of the surrounding noise. Suitable for airports, offshore applications etc.
