Centurion SAFETY HELMETS

The NEXUS CORE series from Centurion combines the design elements of recreational equipment with industrial safety standards.

The helmet is made from durable ABS material and withstands temperatures down to -40 °C. Available with and without vents depending on whether the helmet is needed for electrical work. The optional ratchet makes it easy to adjust the size of the cradle to the wearer's head.

Centurion's Dry-Tech sweatband absorbs moisture and makes it comfortable to wear the helmets for prolonged periods. Additionally, NEXUS helmets can be accessorised with a pair of EN 166 F approved clear or smoke safety spectacles. For better visibility in low-light conditions, sets of hi-viz reflective stickers are available in several colours.

The helmet can be equipped with an EN 397 approved chin strap and converted into a LINESMAN safety helmet. Alternatively, the NEXUS CORE platform can transform into a HEIGHTMASTER with an EN 12492 approved chinstrap and helmet liner.

In addition to European standards, NEXUS CORE also conforms to North American ANSI and CSA demands and has passed AS/NSZ tests. Please note that the EN 12492 approved HEIGHTMASTER is considered a climbing helmet and should NOT be used as an industrial safety helmet.
